Your holiday rental includes, on the ground floor: A living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs: a large attic bedroom on a mezzanine level (1 double bed 160x200cm), a shower room (shower cubicle and toilet). A large shared courtyard with the owners and another gîte provides parking for your vehicle. A gravel terrace is located at the front of the property, and a large landscaped garden with a lawn is shared at the rear of this annex. The gîte is semi-detached to another gîte for 5 people but separated by a small utility room on the ground floor. The gîte is equipped with fiber optic internet. To the east, you'll find Hillion, Pléneuf-Val-André, Erquy, then Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte, and finally Saint-Malo and Cancale with Mont Saint-Michel opposite.
