About this property

This cottage is ideal for two families traveling together, who want to spend a relaxing vacation together. On the first floor of the house are two bedrooms and a shower room with infrared heat cabin. Here you can relax wonderfully after an exciting day at the beach. Two more bedrooms can be found on the upper floor.

The spacious living area can be wonderfully used as a meeting place for the whole family. Here you can gather in the bright dining area and take meals together. As a cozy highlight, there is a fireplace in the house.
On the open terrace you can enjoy the sun and the fresh air of the Baltic Sea.

Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half of the year; in the winter half of the year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.

Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and types of vacation, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a time-out in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer especially much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the vacation home.
Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

Unterkunft gut - Novasol schlecht

Das Objekt hat 4 Schlafzimmer und ist für 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ausgelegt. Trotzdem gab es nur 6 Terassenstühle. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurden uns 2 Notstühle gebracht. Das war nicht hilfreich. Die Fenster waren außen massiv dreckig. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass es im Naturschutzgebiet nur 4 mal im Jahr von außen geputzt werden darf - wer es glaubt. Außerdem ist es extrem hellhörig. Die Personen die unten geschlafen haben, haben sogar gehört, wenn sich jemand im Bett umgedreht hat. Für 2 Tage war es ok, länger würde ich es für mehr als 4 Personen, die nicht schwerhörig sind, nicht empfehlen können.

Rasenmäher / knarrende Böden

Rasenmäher-Einsatz am Freitag und Samstag ab 06:30 Uhr bzw. 06:00 Uhr Entsetzlich knarrende Böden im 1. OG Jeder Schritt wird im EG wahrgenommen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Ein super Urlaub in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft! Das Haus ist sehr schön, aber auch recht hellhörig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch das Wohnzimmer lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. In der Unterkunft direkt störte die Baustelle am Wochenende nicht. Derzeit werden aber in der Nähe neue Gebäude errichtet. Der Blick aufs Meer wird dadurch leicht beeinträchtigt. Dafür ist man innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Das Wochenende war echt klasse.

Ganz okay

Nachdem wir um 16 Uhr in unser Haus konnten waren wir positiv überrascht. Die Räume waren groß und Platz genug. Das ganze ist jedoch extrem hellhörig und knarzt bei jedem Schritt. Dann war unsere Toilette eindeutig benutzt. Unterwäsche ect von den Vormietern war in den Schränken. Unsere Kinder haben manchmal etwas unters Bett und auch Couch fallen lassen. Darunter wurde vermutlich noch nie sauber gemacht. Ansonsten war alles soweit okay. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt. Fürs Wetter können sie ja nix. ;-)
