This vacation home is ideal for two families traveling together who want to spend a relaxing vacation together. Enjoy your relaxing vacation in OstseeResort Olpenitz in the vacation home with up to 8 people.

The spacious living area can be wonderfully used as a meeting place for the whole family. Here you can gather in the bright dining area and take meals together. As a cozy highlight, there is a fireplace in the house. You have a total of 3 televisions at your disposal.

For your convenience on vacation, there is a washing machine in the house.
On the open terrace you can enjoy the fresh air of the Baltic Sea and your first coffee in the morning. Garden furniture, parasol and barbecue are at your disposal.

Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half-year; in the winter half-year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.

Thanks to the flexible daily price system, you can find offers for all budgets and vacation forms, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a time-out in the quieter low season, when the Baltic beaches offer particularly much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the vacation home.

Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

Schönes Haus, aber insgesamt etwas lieblos

Terrasse: jeder kann auf den Teller gucken , keine Privatsphäre und kein sichtschutz / windschutz Sonnenschirm wackelig. Beim Laufen in den oberen Zimmern knarrt es total, so dass unten alle wach sind. Ist nett eingerichtet und auch einigermaßen für 8 Leute ausgestattet. Nette Lage, aber zuviele Häuser hochgezogen. Personal im novasol Büro sehr sehr nett und bemüht und tagsüber erreichbar. Sie bekommen 5 Sterne 🌟 Insgesamt gut, aber noch ausbaufähig

Haus sehr schön und passt super auch für 8 Personen, Kleinigkeiten nicht okay. Bsp grillrost schimmelig, endreinigung überteuert, kaputte Bank vor der Tür, Grill kurz vor Zusammenbruch, Gartenmöbel festgekettet und keiner hat Schlüssel. Gegend hat abends nichts mehr zu bieten. Aber man ist sehr schnell in Kappeln oder am Strand. Tolle Radwege, schöner Minigolfplatz.

Toller Strand, Ferienhausgebiet gewaltig

Olpenitz war einst ein sehr ruhiger Strand direkt an der Schleimündung. Dann wurde die einstige Weide touristisch erschlossen und nun sind dort hunderte, prinzipiell gut ausgestattete und noch sehr neue Ferienhäuser. Es wird dort auch noch weiter gebaut und entwickelt sich jetzt zu einer Kleinstadt. Unser Haus war prinzipiell sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider funktionierte das im Ordner angegebene WLAN nicht und die im Angebot enthaltenen Gartenmöbel waren verschlossen und unzugänglich. Obwohl das Haus für 8 Personen ausgeschrieben ist (wir waren zu siebt), sind viele Dinge nur 6-Fach vorhanden (Eierbecher, Kaffeebecher). Bei der mitbestellten Bettwäsche+ Handtücher gab es auch nur 6, bei zweien davon fehlten dann noch die Bettlaken. Auf meine Beschwerde bei Novasol habe ich seit jetzt 3 Wochen noch keine Antwort bekommen. Im Hausordner ist sehr gewissenhaft aufgeführt, welche Gebühren dem Mieter in Rechnung gestellt werden, falls der Check-Out(!) nicht perfekt ist (z.B. 5€ für das Ausräumen der Spülmaschine). In dieser Richtung geht es also ... Wen die vielen Menschen nicht stören, für den ist Olpenitz sicher auch weiterhin ein schöner Ferienort, aber besser nicht mit Novasol buchen - es gibt Alternativen.

Haus nicht wieder - obwohl Strand schön

Haus schön. Sehr sehr hellhörig. Sauna defekt. Müllkontainer sehr weit weg (ca. 2 km). Achtung Holztreppe - rutschgefahr (leichte Blessuren). Da wir über Weihnachte dort waren, war Reklamation schwierig. Strand sehr schön. Novasol/ Fewo unkooperativ bei späterer Reklamation.

Haus in Olpenitz versus Bauarbeiten in Nähe zum Haus

Das Haus war gut und passte zu uns als Familie über 4 Generationen. Unangenehm war, dass die Baustellen sehr nahe am Haus waren und das bereits an 4 von 14 Tagen um 6.ooUhr mit Baufahrzeugen direkt vor dem Haus und in Nähe gearbeitet wurde und diese auch erst um 18.ooUhr eingestellt wurden. An den anderen Wochentagen war der Beginn der Arbeiten um 7.oo Uhr. So wurde es nicht im Angebot beschrieben. Der Preis für das Objekt über 14 Tage ist dann einfach zu teuer. Mindestens um 30% und dann natürlich auch nur mit entsprechenden Hinweisen.
