Hello Holiday Apartment in Medulin – just 5 minutes from Bijeca Beach
This modern holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained house with a total of five comfortable apartments in a quiet location on the southeastern edge of Medulin. The popular seaside resort in southern Istria is known for its long, gently sloping sandy beach Bijeca, which is only about 500 metres away - ideal for families and couples who want to enjoy sun and sea.
The approximately 44 m² apartment is suitable for up to four people and offers a cosy, bright atmosphere. The open living area is air-conditioned and features a sofa bed, SAT-TV and a dining table for four people. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, extractor hood, kettle, filter coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils – perfect for self-catering.
From the living area, you directly access the covered terrace with a table and chairs - an ideal place to start or end the day with breakfast or a glass of wine outdoors. The separate bedroom with a double bed ensures restful nights, while the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and window. WiFi, bed linen, and towels are included. A washing machine is available for communal use at the landlord's (for a fee).
A private car park is directly available at the house. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities, and the centre of Medulin is within walking distance in just a few minutes.
