The 45 m² apartment features a sleeping area with three beds - a double bed, a sofa bed, and a single bed. The apartment is modern equipped and offers WiFi, satellite TV, and air conditioning for your comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need for a pleasant stay: refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, dish set, and even a washing machine (communal). A great plus for holidaymakers!
Outside, a beautiful terrace awaits you. A barbecue option is available, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. A private parking space directly at the building ensures convenient arrival. The location is dreamlike: only 150 metres from the beach and the town, with a supermarket in the immediate vicinity.
Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. The apartment is excellently suited for families and offers a wonderful sea view.
