This charming holiday home in the Dalmatian style is located in a quiet hillside position above the well-known holiday resort of Bol on the island of Brač and offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the "Golden Horn" and the island of Hvar. Surrounded by a lush olive grove, the house has a well-maintained garden and a private pool, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.



The house offers 55 m² of living space with two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a cosy living kitchen with a dining table and a modern equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven and kitchen appliances. The 36 m² terrace with sea view, covered pergola, parasols, sun loungers and private outdoor grill invites you to relaxed hours outdoors.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, two flat-screen TVs with satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine, children's bed upon request, and parking for three vehicles. Pets are welcome, smoking is not permitted. Breakfast can be served upon request for an additional charge.



The location is ideal for a beach holiday and outdoor activities, the beach "Golden Horn" is within walking distance, the town centre of Bol is about 10 minutes away. Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, pool use, baby cot, registration and deregistration fees, and additional bed for toddlers. Additional costs are incurred for pets, air conditioning, and breakfast.

The small house is lovely

The small house is lovely, perfect for familyfour. Magnificent view and very relaxing a and private, the pool is wonderful. Very helpful and pleasant hosts and easy to interact with. A bit of a walk (uphill) but completely worth it and not worse than any other apartments in Bol-area. Very equipped kitchen, possible to do most kinds of cooking. Will be happy to return!

Absolutely beautiful villa in the perfect location

Absolutely beautiful villa in the perfect location. 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Bol where there are tons of restaurants and shops. Also a 15 minute walk from Zlatni Rat beach. The villa is elevated meaning it has a beautiful sea view from the pool. Zrinka was so helpful all week, she gave us great recommendations for say trips, beaches and restaurants. Can't recommend this place enough!

Very peaceful private villa with great views

A gorgeous, shady traditional Dalmatian villa with a view of Zlatni Rat beach. Very clean, equipped with everything we needed. Very much appreciated the air-con in the bedrooms at night. Lovely shady garden and private infinity pool. Two small supermarkets within easy walking distance. Old town and Zlatni Rat beach about 10-15 mins walk. The villa is on a hill so you get the stunning views but sometimes after a long day, you might want to get a taxi back up the hill after dinner in the old town! Friendly and communicative owners even dropped us and our suitcases down to the harbour to catch the catamaran on our last day.
