Just 15 minutes from the delights and treasures of the Gironde Estuary and Royan Atlantique with its vast beaches along the wild coast, "Chante Grenouille," where the house is located, exudes calm and tranquility.

Located in the hamlet of Corme Ecluse, "Chante Grenouille" borders the popular spa town of Saujon, a sought-after tourist destination. Saujon is part of the mainland stretch of the Côte de Beauté (Coast of Beauty), offering all amenities. From the house, you can easily reach Saujon by bicycle or on foot via a small road and a gravel path.

This is why Saujon boasts modern facilities, cultural and sporting amenities (performance hall, leisure center, riverside promenade along the Seudre, swimming pool, stadiums, and gymnasiums).

The house features a large living room bathed in natural light thanks to two large bay windows opening onto two wooden terraces, which are shaded by two large, radio-controlled awnings.

A fully equipped, modern kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipment is at your disposal.

Each bedroom has a wardrobe with coat hooks.

A master bathroom is adjacent to the first bedroom, and the second bathroom and toilet are separate.

To help you travel light, we provide the following for the duration of your stay: bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, household cleaning products, laundry detergent and fabric softener for the washing machine, and dishwasher detergent.
