The property is located just 200 metres from the gravel beach and 800 metres from the town centre. A supermarket is located 100 metres away, and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. The outdoor area is fully enclosed and features a well-maintained garden, a sun terrace, barbecue facilities, and free parking. Bicycles are available to guests, and a boat can be rented upon request.
