With two bedrooms, an open living area and a terrace, it is ideal for families or couples looking to spend a relaxed holiday on the Dalmatian coast.



The 70 m² accommodation offers space for up to five people and convinces with a bright and friendly furnishing. The heart of the apartment is the open living and dining area with a cosy sofa, dining table, satellite TV, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine – ideal for self-caterers.



The two bedrooms are comfortably furnished: one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with another double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen, towels and WiFi are included in the price. A communal washing machine is also available. It is located in the house's garage and can be used free of charge; guests must bring their own detergent.



In the outdoor area, you will find a covered terrace with seating and a private grill - perfect for shared meals outdoors. The garden offers plenty of space to relax or play for children. A parking space is available directly at the house. Pets are welcome in this accommodation (upon request, for a fee). Boat owners can use a boat mooring free of charge. The landlord also offers boat trips if interested (for an additional charge).
