Our Lodge in Mount Holly has been completely redesigned to accommodate large groups that want a true vacation in the mountains.

This amazing property has a fabulous open layout and amazing architectural features. We have taken all that was good and updated the property to combine a great old lodge with all the modern amenities. Enter via the mudroom into the large main living area with a full kitchen, living area and dining area. This level has 2 large bedrooms & a full bath with soaking tub. There is also a small bedroom with a daybed & trundle which can be used as additional living space when not in use. (In summer best to leave this room unoccupied for access to the pool deck)

Looking up to the 3rd level you'll see the 3rd floor balcony off what we like to call the 'bourbon st' bedroom. The upper level has two large bedrooms and a full bath with shower.

The lower level has been overhauled to the create ultimate pub. Pool table, wet bar, big screen, shuffleboard, outdoor hot tub. 2 add'l bedrooms & bath in LL.


The layout - Main level: Dump your boots and skis in the mudroom and step into an amazing space. The main level of our home houses the living, kitchen and dining areas. This space boasts a fabulous open floor plan with partially vaulted ceilings and a wild wagon wheel chandelier. The living area focuses around the large stone fireplace and flat screen TV (satellite). The kitchen is well stocked with large and small appliances as well as everything necessary to cook for your large group. You will love sitting down to eat that meal at our custom 12' dining table with seating for at least 16.
Other features include a beautiful stone fireplace and barn style doors that can be closed to create a private 7th Bedroom. Additionally, there is a full bath with soaking tub and 2 large bedrooms on this main level.

The layout - Lower Level: Step into your very own pub. As you enter the room you'll find a beautiful pool table alongside another stone fireplace (decorative). Off to your left....the bar. Gorgeous green leather bar stools pony up to the custom live edge bar top. The bar area has its own TV, a sink and dishwasher and full size refrigerator/freezer. The door just behind it accesses the hot tub area. The far side of this large space contains the seating area and large TV/DVD. Beyond that, the 12' shuffle board table.

Plaid carpet and recessed lighting give the space an amazing look!

The final 2 bedrooms are on this lower level as is the third full bath. Additionally there is a utility room with a washer & dryer for your laundering pleasure. (I have 3 young boys...laundering is never a pleasure)

The third floor: Two large bedrooms and a full bath with shower make up the third floor. The Bourbon Street bedroom has french doors that open to small catwalk overlooking the main level (BYOBeads) The other large bedroom on the third floor has gorgeous views of our property. The shared hall bath has been completely renovated and has a large shower.

Great Place

Excellent stay all the guidelines and directions were easy to understand and follow. The home was spacious and charming! Perfect for 7 couples! Excellent location - easy to get to town. And great parking, no need to move cars around. The basement was a great hanout space and the kitchen was open and fully fully stocked. I would absolutely stay here agains

Great mountain getaway

We had an amazing time at this property. It's perfect for a large group with a lot of space to hangout with friends and family. Very close to Okemo mountain. The basement was great with a pool table and shuffle board. We loved the hot tub after a day on the mountain. The host was very responsive and informative. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

A wonderful home!

A group of 14 (4 family groups) stayed for 3 nights, and this house had everything we needed and more! It was only 10 minutes from the Okemo base lodge, and we really enjoyed the "pub room" with pool table, shuffleboard and card tables. It was clean, well stocked, and the owner was super to work with. We would definitely go back!

White Christmas

Snowed Christmas morning!! Celebrated 3 birthdays with family. Did some shopping and visited local sites. We found the skiing good but very expensive. The house was nice and had everything needed for a nice stay. Communications were easy with owner.

Best house ever!

We stayed at the lodge with three other families over President's Day weekend and we were NOT disappointed. There are beds upon beds upon beds in this gorgeous home, but not in a way that makes you feel like you're staying in a college frat house. We had 8 adults and 8 kids under 11 years old - everyone had a place to sleep and privacy was maintained for the adults with no issues. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The layout of the house made it perfect for adult-kid separation for downtime. There's beyond enough storage for 14 pairs of ski boots and the rest of the winter gear, unlike so many other houses we have rented. The kitchen was fully functional with all the pots/pans/utensils/dishes/etc we needed. The pool table, shuffleboard table, and hot tub were all functioning and were great on non-ski days. The fireplace on the main level was amazing, and the heat worked well. There was enough parking for our 4 cars. The location was great, too - only about 7 minutes from Jackson Gore, which was perfect for us. I kept in touch with the property owner throughout our stay and she was responsive and on top of everything. Cannot say enough good things about this lodge! We will be coming back!

Had a Blast

The house easily fit 17 of us from 1 to 63 years old, although I suggest a baby gate to keep from going up and down stairs endlessly. The ping pong and pool tables were a big hit. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. We stayed after Vermont was flooded so we did have a few minor things, but nothing that ruined our vacation.

We had a very good weekend, But the air conditioning system was not to enjoy after all the activities of the day. We ran short of the supplies provided. There was a terrible smell near the jacuzzi.

Absolutely Perfect Rental For Big Group

This was a great experience from start to finish. The owners of the house are great communicators. They will respond to inquiries quickly and were just great through the entire process, even calling twice throughout the weekend to see if we needed anything or had questions. The house is absolutely perfect for a big group. Tons of beds, futons, couches, etc. Amazing hot tub, poker table, shuffleboard, and high-end plasma TVs and zoned stereo system. We're already talking about renting this again next year and I would definitely recommend it if you want a place with no surprises. This place is absolutely perfect. JB

Great sibling get together accommodations

This house worked beautifully for our sibling get together, large enough that a few nieces and nephews were able to spend a couple of nights. The kitchen is a dream to work in and the best stocked kitchen with cooking and baking dishes, pots and pans The house was clean and check in was a breeze. Communication with the host was wonderful. The lower level was a bit damp and musty but with all the rain we have had this summer i was not surprised. The whole area was under water just 3 weeks prior. I came prepared with charcoal odor eliminator bags for each room which work great. I carry them everywhere Thank you Amy for the wonderful accommodations

Great place for a big group

We loved our stay here! Loved the layout with 3 floors. It fit our 7 families perfectly! We traveled with 3 under 2 years, 3 teens, and 11 adults. The giant table fit us all at meal time which was so nice! Loved having the fireplace on the 2 bottom levels and full bathrooms on every floor...and there were no cold showers even with the large group we had! The hot tub was clean and worked flawlessly! There was plenty of parking space as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. It really helped having tvs on both levels with a bar and pool table and shuffleboard downstairs for those who wanted to stay up later or be louder, and a more chill hangout environment on the main level. Also communication with the landlord was supurb. She was easy to get in touch with and extremely responsive and helpful. 10 minutes from Okemo and 35 from Killington. Would absolutely recommend this place or head back here again.

Excellent Home for a Large Family Gathering

This home was perfect for over 20 family members with interests ranging from skiing to playing family games or reading a book. The house is extremely well laid out and allows for groups to engage in different activities without feeling crowded. It felt like our own private ski lodge with a great central fireplace, large kitchen that was well supplied, and a game room downstairs. The downstairs game room gave us a great chance to play pool, have a shuffleboard tournament and enjoy the warmth of a wood burning fire. We were able to get to a broad range of ski slopes during our stay. Sugarbush ski area was our favorite. After a day of skiing, the hot tub was not only perfect it was easy to get into from the basement. The owners put a lot of thought into everything from the furniture to the games in the house. Amy (the owner) was excellent to work with throughout the process. She was responsive and quick to offer suggestions as we planned our family gathering. I would definitely return.

Wonderful spot for family holiday
