Modern chalet with spa, perfect for 12 guests

The Nedelec family invites you to stay at Chalet Martine, built in 2021 on the slopes of Muhlbach-sur-Munster. This completely independent chalet, with a surface area of 230 m², can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The capacity can be increased to 12 people with the use of a sofa bed in the mezzanine recreation room. Chalet Martine is spread over three levels, including a ground floor that is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.

It comprises: a large living room with a lounge area, a pool table, a fireplace with complimentary firewood, a large smart TV with a Bluetooth speaker, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (wine cellar, high-end appliances, bean-to-cup and filter coffee machines) with a dining area. The kitchen has been designed to be wheelchair accessible. Also on this level is a wheelchair-accessible bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower room with toilet. This room has direct access to the terrace and a beautiful view of the valley.

On the lower level, there are three bedrooms and a wellness area with a sauna, curved treadmill, corner bathtub, and walk-in shower. Two bedrooms have a 160x200 cm double bed and an open shower and sink area. The third bedroom has two bunk beds (90x190 cm) sleeping four. There are also two separate toilets.

Finally, on the upper level, the mezzanine games room offers a foosball table and a variety of games and books for children. This room has a sofa bed for two people and offers the best view of the valley in the entire house when you wake up!

There is a large private garden with a children's play area (swing and slide) and a pétanque court. A garage is available for one car, and there is ample parking for bicycles, including two spaces with electric vehicle charging points. A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room, along with all necessary equipment.

Linens, bedding, and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival, and cleaning is included. Baby equipment is available: high chairs, cribs, and a changing table.

All living areas are on the ground floor and easily accessible: the entrance/garage, the bedroom with its adapted bathroom, the kitchen, the spacious living room (with a pool table), and the main terrace.
However, there is no elevator to access the mezzanine games room or the lower level (spa area). The garden is terraced.
