Price is great for the area, in the heart of Hollywood, and walking distance to Wesst Hollywood, as well as near the LA Metro Bus/Rail which can take you anywhere. Also: Offstreet parking for those who are driving while in town!

Quiet and away from the street, extremely secure, residential neighborhood. Not a party property, great for adults and students who are looking for a quiet oasis to call home while in the City of Angels!.
