Spacious Ground Floor Condo at SeaSands. King Bed

Blue Lagoon is located in the Seasands Condos on the ground floor. It has a swimming pool, boardwalk and lots of parking. Pets are not allowed.

Blue Lagoon is located on the ground floor at Sea Sands Condominiums in Port Aransas.

This very spacious ground floor 1-bedroom condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. The shaded patio looks out to the grassy area where the BBQ grills are and steps away from the large swimming pool. The condo gets lots of light. There is a boardwalk to the beach as well. Boat parking is available in the large parking lot.
Located in the golf cart approved driving area of Port Aransas.

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

Cozy Condo

We will definitely be staying here again! This condo accommodated my husband, two small children and I perfectly. We were able to make breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. It was also very clean. The back patio is facing the gated pool. I also love the location; the beach is just a short drive away.

Good Location near beach and close to downtown. This condo has a large living room and bedroom. There were some minor issues, window shades in living room were missing some blinds privacy was a concern. Otherwise, place was comfortable.

Great customer service

We had to make some changes late, like 2 days before we were to check in. The management company was very understanding and compassionate. While sticking to the rules they were able to still help us out where they could. They had no obligation to do that. We thank them and highly recommend this company. We will rent from them again.

Just OK for a Short Stay

The unit was clean enough, but there was mold in the bathroom, and some fixtures were rusted. There was not enough toilet paper to get past 2-3 days with two adults, and there were no paper towels at all in the kitchen. It was very minimally furnished, but everything was OK enough for a short stay. Overall, I'd be willing to pay more at a place that had more to offer so I could worry less by having more amenities, but that's just me.

Simple stay in a good location

This property is pretty minimally furnished and stocked, but was in a good location with easy access to the beach, stores, and restaurants. My family stayed here for a quick weekend stay so we didn't mind too much that the condo was simple. The bath tub was a little moldy, some of the fixtures could have used a scrub. The patio was basically unusable because the patio furniture was very rusted. Overall, the condo was fine. We had a place to sleep, eat, and shower and we were very close to a beach access road and board walk. Check-in and out was very easy, no fuss. For the price and the length of stay this was a perfectly good condo for a small family or couple.

Beds not good

We stayed at sand castle last year and were very impressed.. Tried again this year.. this unit was clean enough but ALL FURNITURE was very uncomfortable.. we have bruised our shins on bed frame.. all other furniture very uncomfortable. Sheets and towels were worse than motel 6! Not for couples who need at least pillows and sheets that are not so cheap! I guess its ok for families that have many kid's?

The rooms are very nice, cute with a modern edge, and very clean. Excellent location as well as nice pool. The only thing i would say is the outside (front) looks sketch , needs some upgrades (would probably attract more customers) The back patio is very nice. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Blue Lagoon stay

This condo was nice and good space. A few little things would have made it better- more than 3 hangers in the coset, some soap in the bathroom, the drain stopper in the bathroom to be connected to the pull, so we didn't have to get under the sink, the freezer not to smell like fish, and some trays to make ice in.
