About this property

Lovingly furnished - in a central location

Spacious lovingly renovated apartment (50m²). Our apartment can accommodate 2-4 people (2. Adults + 2 children / sofa bed).
Quiet location with bus connection (about 100 m), to the city center about 15 minutes on foot, shopping in Kaufland (100m), parking management 3, - € / day (24 hours), 10 minutes 10 cents, (100 meters away free parking).
The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom (double bed), living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Our office is in the same house. Two other apartments are rented in the house.
Kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave / grill, Senseo coffeemaker, water cooker and sufficient kitchen utensils / dishes.
Daybed (pulled out): 150 x 200 cm.

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, die Wohnung hat einen schönen Schnitt und ist ruhig gelegen. Außerdem ist es toll, dass so Dinge wie Spülmittel, Handtücher und Co, sowie Basisgewürze, Essig und Öl vorhanden sind. Daher gerne wieder. Ein Stern Abzug, da es nachts dich sehr kühl wurde.

Alles perfekt.

Sehr schöne, saubere und moderne Wohnung. Unkomplizierte und einfache Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, dazu waren sie auch sehr nett. Für unseren Kleinen war alles da, sodass wir uns rundum wohl fühlen konnten. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder nehmen wenn sie frei ist und wir nach Kaiserslautern gehen.
