In the idyllic north of Brandenburg, between water, meadows and forests, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse has emerged. Vacation homes in Scandinavian style are grouped around its marina.

This light-flooded vacation home "Biber" is located only a few minutes walk from the harbor. The property extends to the south, adjacent to the open nature. The sun terrace in front of the house invites you to stay and relax. Whether on the terrace for pleasant summer evenings, in the house in front of the fireplace by the crackling fire or on the open gallery: relaxation is guaranteed.



The vacation home has a modern fitted kitchen with adjoining dining and living area. This invites you to enjoy a meal together and pleasant conversations. On the second floor gallery you can enjoy a unique view over the property and into nature through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing. The cottage has two bright bedrooms. In the bedroom on the first floor there is a spacious double bed, on the upper floor you will spend the night in two single beds. The shower room with daylight and high-quality wellness shower rounds off your successful vacation day.



Especially for the vacation with children this house is well suited. The staircase is secured with a cage, and a crib and high chair are also available. In the garden, the little ones can let off steam with sandbox, sand toys and double swing. Meanwhile, you can make yourself comfortable on the terrace and relax in the wind-protected beach chair or the pallet sofa.



Even in winter, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. Here in the harbor village you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.



Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.

In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the nature park Barnim and the biosphere reserve Schorfheide. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.



In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.



The Zerpenschleuse harbor village is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 62.20 per stay. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
