Located on the 1st floor, this charming apartment can accommodate up to 10 people and combines two distinct living areas, making it ideal for groups, families, or travellers who want to share a holiday while still having their own space. Set in a quiet and pleasant setting, our apartment offers two well-defined spaces so you can enjoy great comfort and an ideal location.

The apartment includes 2 fully equipped kitchens (Tassimo coffee machine, induction cooktop, microwave) with supplies for the first night only (1 trash bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 dishwasher tablet, and a kitchen towel) will be provided, except for kitchen staples (salt, pepper, oil, etc.), which are not included.
3 bedrooms with a full-size bed (140×190), 2 living areas, each with a double sofa bed, a smart TV with Netflix access, and high-quality Wi-Fi. We provide bath towels and bed linens, and the house is cleaned and prepared before your arrival.

Both bathrooms feature a modern shower with a toilet, and you’ll also have toiletries for the first night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper.

You’ll also appreciate its proximity to various modes of transport, such as the bus and the tram. It’s ideal for exploring the surrounding area and discovering the city’s many must-see attractions, such as the Botanical Garden, Les Halles, and the banks of the Loire River.
