This cozy 4-person apartment is located on the first floor. The vacation home in Frisian Hindeloopen has its own terrace. In front of it is a shared, small orchard with playground. In the kitchen-living room there is a sheep bench. There is a double bed in the bedroom. You can walk from the apartment to the beautiful town center of Hindeloopen. You can not park directly next to the Eekhof, but about 150 meters from the apartment. The small port town of Hindeloopen is known for its traditions, painters and as a member of the Eleven Cities Tour. The annual championship Skutsjesilen starts on the coast off Hindeloopen. During your vacation you can hike on the dike, go for a bike ride or take a trip to one of the surrounding villages. Also worth seeing is the town of Sneek. Many guests also come here for kite and windsurfing. There are also possibilities to paddle with a kayak along the dike and the beaches. Around the old harbor you will find cozy cafes and restaurants.

Gute Lage mit deutlichen Mängeln in der Ausstatttung
Insgesamt eine gut geschnittene und für zwei Personen mit Hund ausreichend dimensionierte Ferienwohnung.
Es bedarf hier allerdings der dringenden Sanierung. Die Küchenzeile fällt bald auseinander so verzogen sind die einzelnen Elemente.
Im Bad sind die Handtuchhaken so wackelig, dass sie bald aus der Wand fallen. Ebenfalls gewöhnungsbedürftig, ist die Dusche, die in Ermangelung einer funktionierenden Warmwasseebatterie, abwechselnd warmes u. kaltes Wasser beim Duschen gibt. Auch das extrem kleine Waschbecken mit einem viel zu großen Wasserhahn war suboptimal.
Ebenfalls nervig war die Heizungsanlage, welche insbesondere des nachts solche Pumpengeräusche von sich gegeben hat, dass wir uns letztendlich mit Oropax beholfen haben.
Viele Kleinigkeiten -welche hoffentlich alsbald abgestellt werden- haben hier eine bessere Bewertung verhindert.
