The 30 m² apartment (west side) is located on the 12th floor. Floor in the house Kiel and invites our guests with warm colors to relax. It offers space for max. 3 persons. A large double bed and a comfortable sleeping sofa are available. In the cozy dining area you can have a good meal.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything necessary for self-service.
A large wardrobe is available as well as an LCD color television.
In the apartment are games, books and a radio. On the furnished glazed loggia you can enjoy the fantastic view over the Baltic Sea and the Kiel Fjord in all seasons and in all weather. Apartment abgewohnt und Dusche ekelig

Das Apartment war leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und insbesondere das Badezimmer unzumutbar. Schimmel in der Dusche, Uringestank von der Toilette trotz eigener Reinigung und Klosteine. Die Abluftanlage im Bad ist ohne Funktion und übelst verdreckt. Auch der Rest ist sehr veraltet, TV funktioniert nicht, Kühlschrank ist reif für die Müllhalde oder das Museum. Hier muss dringend renoviert werden. Wir haben die Mängelliste an die Agentur übermittelt und werden das Apartment nicht nochmal buchen.

- Bettbezug war nicht ganz sauber :-( . Hätte vorher mal gewaschen werden können . :-( - Vorreinigung hätte besser sein können :-( - Fernseher funktionierten nicht alle Programme. - 2 Tage später erst den Schlüssel für den Raum zum abstellen der Fahrräder bekommen , trotz vorheriger Nachfrage :-(

Ruhige Lage im Strand Nähe. Fahrradverleih, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Alle sehr freundlich.

Das Apartment liegt im 12. Stock und bietet einen grandiosen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Dort ist vor allem viel Grün und Natur. Das Apartment ist insgesamt nett eingerichtet.

5 Sterne.....aber.

Definitiv 5 Sterne, klein aber fein. Super Balkonlösung für Sommer und Winter. Blick über Land, Förde und Ostsee, einfach schön! Wurden von allen Bewohnern (die wir getroffen haben) sehr nett mit unserem großen Hund aufgenommen. Überaus nette Haus. Ein zweites Weinglas und Saftgläser und es ist rund. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder in dieses kleine sehr geschmackvolle Apartment wiederkehren. Trotz Hochhausatmosphäre super!!!
