We had a very nice stay ... the garage is a thing of beauty, it's basically the size of the entire house. The yard is huge, the little kids had a great time with the kid stuff in the garage and chasing around with the pool noodles in the yard (there is not a pool , but it looks like there is a blow up kiddy pool in a box in the garage, along with pool toys, thus the noodles). The neighborhood is very quiet, really nice and looks like a mix of younger families and retired folks - a few barking dogs, but nothing to keep you awake, you only hear them when you are outside.Beds were on the harder side so if you are a soft bed person this will be a bother for you. Unlike other places we have visited there are not a lot of things left from other guests...there are dry spices, paper towels and toilet paper, garbage bags and things like that. If you are expecting to see a bottle of ketchup in the fridge, shop prior because it's not there :) which is certainly not a big deal just something for you to know prior to going in - you won't find a fridge full of condiments others have left. Our host was lovely, the code getting in was tricky for us - she responded quickly and with such kindness. Unfortunately we had to shorten our stay by a full day, but that was on us not the host or house. We had a great time visiting family. Thanks Kristen!

Thank you for the wonderful stay in your beautiful home. The recliners in the living room were so comfy and made it so easy to watch the big TV! We very much appreciated the use of your garage for parking. We enjoyed the view of the surrounding mountains from the living room window. We look forward to our next visit to Idaho and staying here again!

Always a great host!!

This was our second time staying at this property! I had an amazing experience the first time, so it was a no brained to book again! This trip was no different! The property was perfect for my family and there were no problems! It felt just like home. Our family ran into an unexpected emergency and Kirsten went above and beyond to help us out! Can’t spill the details as it was a private family emergency, but just know Kirsten was there for us! Kirsten thank you so much for everything and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! I will stay here again each time I’m in Idaho!!

Warm and Comfortable home

Host was very good with communication. Home has so many amenities for a traveler. We stayed for my daughter graduation from ISU. We enjoyed watching the final game of the World Cup in the comfy livingroom. Thank you!

Worth every penny

We loved our stay at Chitty Chitty Chubbuck. As a military family, we visit our hometown of Pocatello to see family and friends. This trip we decided to book our own place rather than staying in someone's basement and we couldn't have been happier with that decision! The property was perfect for our family to sit back and relax. Although it was spendy, we will likely stay again on our next time in town.

We enjoyed our stay at Chitty Chitty Chubbuck. This is a very inviting atmosphere. Everything we needed was available. Several extras included a basket of treats, Pac Man game and ping pong table in the garage. Our grandchildren my have a pingpong table in their future. The location is quiet and friendly. It is a central location for Chubbuck and Pocatello with many parks and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck. Kirsten, our host ensured an excellent stay. This was a comfortable, relaxing experience. We highly recommend Chitty Chitty Chubbuck.

Wonderful experience in friendly, quite neighborhood

This is a beautiful, inviting, comfortable home. We enjoyed family time here. Our son, daughter and grandchildren visited. This is a family friendly home. It is we equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed. Little things provided. There is night light in bathroom, cozy plush throws to curl up in living room, games for adults and children, decorative electronic fireplace, and delicious coffee and hot chocolate. It was a perfect, relaxing place. The host is very friendly and helpful. She kept in touch with us to be sure we were comfortable. We highly reccomended this VRBO.

We had a great stay. The house was new, clean, had all the amenities and more. It was close to all the shopping areas, parks and close to the freeway. Every detail was thought of, including games books, snacks and more. We would love to come back again and stay. Loved it

spring break getaway

neat house with all the special touches; blankets for couch snuggling. comfortable beds. My kids each wanted to steal a pillow! Loved the selection of coffee k-cups; was wishing for decaf for myself in the evenings! Worked super well for us and our stay.
