Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man kann von hier aus sehr schöne Wanderungen unternehmen und auch Ausflüge machen, wie zum Millstätter See oder Wörthersee. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell auf Anfragen.Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Sommer-Wanderurlaub i.d. Nockbergen

Der Aufenthalt im Juli/August 2024 war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (v.a. auch die Küche) und der Loggia-Balkon (überdacht) kann auch sehr gut genutzt werden falls es mal regnet. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder auch mal zum Baden Richtung Millstädter oder Wörther See oder andere Seen oder Städtebesuch (Villach, Klangenfurth) sehr gut geeignet @Golfer: GC Bad Kleinkirchheim im Prinzip direkt vor der Tür, ordentlich bergig, Trolley einpacken! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet und freundlich wenn es mal ein Problem gab oder etwas fehlte oder eine Frage bestand (immer zeitnah). Kleine Einschränkungen für KS ohne Eisfach und die Straße in der Nähe die tagsüber stark befahren ist. Nachts herrscht Ruhe. Einkauf ist auch ohne Auto möglich bei Billa in ca. 300m Entfernung, dort gibt es alles. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt.

Urlaub gerettet!

Mal eben schnell den Urlaub gerettet! Wir hatten uns diese Ferienwohnung zwei Tage zuvor abends ausgesucht und sofort gebucht. Komplette Abwicklung und Kommunikation lief reibungslos und online ab. Vorort wurden unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen. Groß genug - und mit Balkon! - dass einem auch an regnerischen Tagen die Decke nicht auf den Kopf fällt. Ordentlich und sauber, ein Plätzchen zum Wohlfühlen. Die nahe gelegene "Hauptstraße" störte uns in keinster Weise, da die Lage insgesamt, zumindest in der Nebensaison, sehr ruhig ist. Die Wohnung nebst Vermieter sind allemal eine Empfehlung wert. Danke!

Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung gut geeignet ( ein wenig mehr Schrankplatz wäre schön). Die sehr nahe Kirche bimmelt auch nachts! Ansonsten ist die Wohnung freundlich und modern. Der Vermieter war für uns immer zu erreichen und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Gegend ist wunderschön.

Gut gelegene Wohnung für den Skiurlaub

Wir waren zu zweit im Skiurlaub in Kärnten. Die Schlafcouch mussten wir also nicht testen ;-) Die Wohnung war für uns geräumig genug. Insgesamt war alles sauber und ordentlich und der Kontakt zum Vermieter äußerst freundlich. Für mehr als zwei Personen fehlt es in der Küche definitiv an Besteck, generell fehlen dort ein paar Dinge, wie Dosenöffner, Flaschenöffner oder einer funktionsfähigen Pfanne. Wer erst gegen Ladenschluss anreist sollte wissen, dass der Kamin auf jeden Fall benötigt wird, um die Zimmer zu heizen - also vorher Feuerholz kaufen oder mitbringen, sonst bleibt es kalt. Wenn man die obere Steinplatte des Kamins entfernt, wärmt es sich dann recht schnell auf. Wir haben gleich zu Beginn die Ofentür mit dem vorhandenen Reinigungsmittel vom Ruß befreit, so konnten wir auch den Feuerschein sehen. Das Bad hat keine eigene Heizung, was für uns völlig ok war. In der Badewanne kann man unter 1,78 cm bequem aufrecht duschen. Im Schlafzimmer steht als Ablage ein kleiner Kleiderschrank, der zur Hälfte den Gästen zur Verfügung steht.

Mir ist wichtig eine Sache zu berichtigen: Es ist Besteck für 4 Personen vorhanden und nicht wie angegeben für 2 Personen. Des Weiteren gibt es auch einen Flaschenöffner und eine funktionierende Pfanne. Den Dosenöffner werde ich schnellstens nachrüsten. ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute und verbleibe mit freundlichen Grüßen, Thomas M.
