Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und sehr gut. Sie hat sich trotz sehr kurzfristiger Buchung um Alles gekümmert.Alle nötigen Infos zum Check-In und zur Wohnung kamen ausführlich per Mail. Es hat Alles problemlos geklappt. Lediglich die Hecken könnten etwas zurückgeschnitten werden, damit man besser an den Schlüsseltresor kommt.In der Wohnung gibt es eine ausführliche Infomappe mit allen relevanten Infos.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts.Die Wohnung war für mich und meine beiden Kinder völlig ausreichend, wäre auch problemlos für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder geeignet.Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen (Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und noch Vieles mehr...).Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck sind vorhanden, Gewürze und Zubehör vorrätig...

Kurzurlaub

Ferienwohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Küchenutensilien sehr umfangreich! Leider waren im Bad die Lampen und Lüftung defekt, so dass mit einer „Steckerlampe“ provisorisch Abhilfe gemacht wurde, dafür konnte man dann mangels freie Steckdosen im Bad sich die Haare nicht föhnen. Und in der Wohnung fehlen leider Steckdosen um z.B. Handys aufzuladen. Die beauftragte Hausverwaltung hat die Wohnung nicht ganz sauber übergeben, so waren noch Haare im Abflusssieb in der Dusche und die Balkonstühle waren dreckig. Da kann die Vermieterin nichts dafür.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war exzellent,, die Lage im Stadtzentrum sehr angenehm, die Nähe zur Nordsee gesund und gut für die Seele.

Ein schöner Ort nahe zur Küste nur die rückfahrten wann nervig durch die vielen Einbahnstraßen.

Die Wohnung war ideal ruhig gelegen und es war alles vorhanden. Der hausmeister freundlich und nett bei der Einweisung und auch für weitere Fragen sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
