The windows of your apartment are double glazed in all important rooms, which is pleasant at night in winter. The apartment is not damp in winter - and very comfortable to live in. The warmer days are much better to enjoy here than in the lower areas of Nerja. A light breeze blows at night, while from your terrace you can see the glittering stars and the coastal lights of Nerja. During the day, an urban bus will take you to the beach and Nerja. ***** Current note: Due to some guest suggestions last winter, there are now also 2 thick winter duvets per apartment. Even in Andalusia, the nights can be a bit cooler. We were told that many people like to heat the bedrooms rather little.

• Pool:
The large pool oasis (with sea views and many lawns and a small children's pool) is usually open at least from the Easter weekend to the end of October. It is considered one of the most beautiful in the area and is reserved exclusively for the residents and holidaymakers of the urbanization. You will find in your apartment the pool card for legitimacy, of course, this is included in the price.

• Infrastructure:
The very well maintained urbanization San Juan de Capistrano is one of the most famous resorts / facilities in Nerja and known for the beautiful large pool area with sea views, lawns, waterfalls and beautiful rocky island. The complex is very moody designed and invites you daily for long walks. The resort is a district of Nerja - located directly on the rocky natural park - and offers the best panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea of ​​the region, depending on the location of the apartments in the complex. Built like a small (typical Andalusian) white village, it is nestled on the hillside above the center of Nerja, yet only 3 minutes drive to the beach and 5 to the center. A bus will take you to both worthwhile destinations if required. The system was designed by ingenious architects, unlike some existing monotony in other systems, here everything seems to have grown naturally over the years. No house is the same, walks in the beautiful urbanization with its many tropical and Mediterranean gardens are worthwhile every day.

The small supermarket in the urbanization is in season (end of March / until 20. Open daily from at least 08. 30 - 20 00 clock, also on Sundays (there are z. B. daily fresh bread).
Two large supermarkets can be reached by car in 2 minutes or by bus.

The paid tennis court 'Andaluz' is also only 2 minutes away by car, it hugs the Capistrano hill, coaches can be hired on request.

In the off-season, the nice restaurant in the entrance area of ​​the complex usually opened, between April and the end of October, 2-4 restaurants offer varied food right in San Juan de Capistrano.
The food and restaurant prices in the area are relatively cheap.

Nerja is never dead, even in the 'deepest' winter (temperature average min 10 ° / max 20 °) prevails in the place and also in the plant pleasantly life and nothing seems extinct, as it may know from Mallorca or similar holiday destinations.

The motorway exit in about 5 minutes away is a good starting point to all excursions. For orientation: Malaga airport can be reached by car in about 45 minutes.

Be sure to check out the Alhambra with Granada and the Sierra Nevada (both 1.5-2 hours by car). Cordoba with its famous cathedral / mosque is only a 2-3 hour drive away, and Seville is just a day trip. The hinterland with the numerous white villages (Frigiliana 10 minutes), wine villages (Cómpeta) and hiking possibilities is unparalleled. From the motorway, you can reach Marbella with the famous high-society harbor 'Puerto Banus' within 1.5 to 2 hours by car. And also Gibraltar with the Monkey Rock is easily accessible. The 'pancake rocks' of Torqual de Antequera are only half an hour behind Malaga, a real dream area for hiking, although you can do that just around Nerja very well. In the immediate vicinity of Nerja nature experiences and beautiful walks are guaranteed. All in all, you will not have enough time to see everything worthwhile.

Small Clean Apartment
This was a two bed apartment which was quite small, only had one air-con unit in hall which didn’t cool bedrooms down at all. The apartment is up 71 steps from where you park which is not described in the listing. The bedding was synthetic and quilted which made sleeping very difficult. If you wanted to use the pool beds and umbrellas there is a charge which was also not described and you also have to pay for any electricity used during your stay which was also not advertised. However the apartment was incredibly clean and the view from the terrace was outstanding.

Alles perfekt!
Sehr schöne und stilvolle moderne Wohnung. An alles gedacht und gut durchdacht. Einer der besten Aussichten, die ich so erlebt habe aus Ferienwohnungen und das von einer großen Terrasse, die wirklich schön und super möbliert ist. Hochwertige Stühle, Sonnenliegen und kompletter Blick. Sehr sauber, gute Matratzen, und alles so vorgefunden wie auf den Bildern. Hier kann man nichts falsch machen. Und noch eines: Corona ist hier (bis auf die Masken) kaum zu spüren. Eine erholsame, gechillte Atmosphäre ringsum. Restaurantbesuche ohne Probleme oder Registrierungen (mit Maske bis zum Tisch), Spaziergänge im Grünen und sport ohne Maske. Klar, ich bin natürlich geimpft. Schade, dass ich nicht länger bleiben konnte, werde mit 'Anhang' für länger zurückkommen... Nerja und die Wohnung kann man nur empfehlen.

Fantastische Unterkunft in Nerja
Hier ist man richtig. Alles gut durchdacht und mit Liebe gemacht. Das merkt man sofort beim reinkommen. Gute Betten, sehr gute Ausstattung, es wurde an alles gedacht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einmalig und jeden Tag wieder ein Traum. Wir können dieses Apartment und auch diese Anlage sehr weiterempfehlen. Unsere Freunde hatten ein anderes Appartement eines anderen Vermieters gebucht (Engländer) und waren nicht so zufrieden. Die Anlage ist ganz toll, aber man sollte auch schauen daß man so eine tolle Wohnung bekommt wie wir. Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder buchen und werden sicherlich in den kommenden Jahren wieder mal buchen. Vielen Dank für alles an die Vermieterin (ich weiß nicht, ob man den Namen nennen darf)!

Penthouse zum Träumen
Mit unseren beiden Söhnen haben wir hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos und die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Der Ausblick hat uns umgehauen als wir das erste Mal die Wohnung betraten. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und die Einrichtung modern aber supergemütlich. Da vermisst man gar nichts. Die Anlage hat uns gut gefallen. Man sieht immer viele Gärtner überall rumwuseln, es ist alles sehr gepflegt. Auch der Pool, der natürlich jetzt im Hochsommer etwa s voll war aber es ging trotzdem gut. Wir sind aber sowieso gerne an den Burrianastrand gelaufen und hoch dann mit dem Bus. Der Strand ist toll, supersauber und auch das Wasser. Nerja ist jetzt etwas trubelig aber verglichen mit anderen Ecken von Spanien (vor allem Mallorca, wo wir letztes Jahr waren) kann man sagen gähnend leer ;-) Wir wollen das nächste Mal im Herbst 2018 kommen. Die sehr netten Vermieter haben uns den Tipp gegeben, dass das Wasser da meistens noch schön warm ist aber alles eben noch eine Nummer ruhiger. Ruhig war aber auch jetzt die Lage der Wohnung.Kann man nur empfehlen. Und nochmal: einen besseren Blick kann man nicht haben. Nicht auszudenken, wenn wir im Zentrum von Nerja oder am Strand gebucht hätten. In der Anlage ist es so idyllisch und grün und mit dem herrlichen Blick über das komplette Meer und in die wunderschönen Hügel. Besser geht es gar nicht. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Anlage, Bäckerei in 5 Minuten zu Fuß, und die Supermärkte ganz schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Mit ganz vielen Parkplätzen. Der ganze Ablauf mit den Vermietern war sehr einfach und als wir dann noch im Urlaub ein paar Fragen hatten, wurden diese ganz schnell beantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei diesen vermietern buchen und natürlich sowieso wieder diese tolle Wohnung.
