Cottage in a quiet village between Nancy and Strasbourg.
This former farmhouse was tastefully renovated in 2023 and offers excellent comfort, including king-size beds, two bathrooms, and three toilets. The extensive use of wood throughout (beams, countertops, door frames), along with all the furniture restored by the owner, adds charm and warmth to this cottage.
The 30 m² terrace offers a lovely view of the orchards and surrounding countryside.
Easy access (highway 2 minutes away), all amenities 5 minutes away in Blâmont (supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, doctor, restaurant). The cottage is self-contained and accessible directly from the parking area.
Entrance, spacious and bright 42 m² living room, access to a mezzanine (sleeps 2 and has a foosball table).
Two bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with two 90x200cm beds), each with an en-suite shower room and toilet.
Separate toilet with washbasin, laundry room.
Wi-Fi internet access.
The price includes: bed linen with beds made upon arrival, heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption.
