This is a small "get a way" unit that is designed for one or two. It is a one room unit with a queen bed, desk/dresser and TV. Galley kitchen has granite counters with full size frig and stove. Also comes with coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Private bath with tub. This unit has a balcony with two chairs and great view of the Gulf of Mexico overlooking the pool. This property is located in a very popular area of Panama City Beach just minutes from Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex, Frank Brown Sports and Aquatic Center, Walmart, City Pier and Gulf World Marine Park. This property has a pool, hot tub, tiki hut, charcoal grills but sorry no elevators, We do not do daily maid service but in the room is a single set of towels and bed linen. Linen and towels are yours to use and maintain during your stay. There is a guest coin operated laundry room on the property.

Perfect for one or 2 guests, it's like a hotel room with a mini kitchen. Beautiful balcony view. One flight of stairs from parking lot, 2 flights down to the beach. It is pet friendly so be prepared to listen to dogs barking. The room was very clean. Beach was not crowded at all. Restaurants, convenience store, beach store and liquor store within walking distance. It was great!

Perfect View and Location

You couldn’t ask for a more perfect view or location. Within walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. The ocean sands were right off the property. Th view was perfect from morning to night. The room is just that, a room with a full kitchen and bath. Very clean. If you are planning on cooking in, the desk can suffice as a table. Seating inside and out should be upgraded. Overall perfect for two!

I recently stayed at this beautiful condo on Panama City Beach, and it was the perfect beach getaway. Located right on the water on the second floor, it was just the right height — not too high like a high-rise — and I loved being able to step onto the balcony and see and hear the ocean right there.The condo had everything I needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a nice bathroom with a bathtub and a very comfortable bed. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to those amazing views up and down the beach was unforgettable. The sunsets were stunning, and parking was easy and convenient.Bill was a fantastic host — very attentive and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. I will definitely be coming back!
