The house is close to all shops (within walking distance) and surrounded by gardens. A terrace in front of the house allows you to enjoy meals outside. A barbecue is at your disposal. There is also a small dining area at the back of the house in the garden where you can enjoy the morning sun. A private parking space is available for your car. You can store your bicycles or windsurf boards in a secure, sheltered area. The sea is nearby, 4 km away and accessible by bicycle. A greenway 200 m from the house takes you to Concarneau by bike. Seaside town, local shops, markets, numerous beaches, coastal walks. Trévignon, a small fishing port with a market where you can buy freshly caught fish.

Logement très propre et fidèle à l'annonce. Quartier très calme, communication avec l'hôte très bonne et rapide. Seul petit bémol, les revêtements des poêles et casseroles semblent usés et le débit de la douche est un peu faible. Nous recommandons cette location.
