Guest have access the entire home with the exception of a few owners closets and on stall of the garage.
Beachside at Tiffanys is located in the highly sought-after Sand Point subdivision. Sand Point offers only one of two private neighborhood boardwalks down to the beach only accessible to our community. We also are home to the Beach Bar and Grill, Port Aransas's only Bar on the beach. Old town is only 5 minutes away for shops and restaurants.
Located right off Avenue 11, guest can easily access the downtown section of Port A. More important, the beach is just a few steps away by way of the neighborhood's private boardwalk.
Layout:
Top floor has a Jack and Jill bath with a king bed and a half kitchen. There is a full size sofa bed.
Middle floor has the living and kitchen area and the dining area as well as a half bath, a king bed, and a full bath
Bottom floor has a king with an en suite bath, double bunks twin and full, and another full bath.
Note: the storm door has to stay locked. You have to go in through the garage and then use the door in the garage to the house.
Note: the payment service fee is non-refundable for cancellations made by guests.
—Please do not set the AC lower than 70 during the day and 68 at night. (Anything lower may cause it to freeze).
—Please be respectful of neighbors. No loud music/noise outside after 10 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Failure to comply can result in being asked to leave.
—Exceeding the registered number of guests is prohibited.
—Pets must be approved in advance. There is a $75 pet fee per pet (must be paid before arrival) and pet rules must be followed. Pets must be kept off the furniture, including bedding, the pets must be cleaned up after (outside and excessive fur), and if they are not trained, they must be crated when left alone. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fee.
—Damaged items will be billed to the guest.
—Obey neighborhood parking signs.
—Do not move furniture without the owner's consent.
—The home should be returned in the condition it was received.
—No parties and please respect the noise levels in the community. Glitter and confetti are not allowed (failure to comply will result in a $100 extra cleaning fee).
—No smoking of any kind ($500 fee).
