Cute bungalow in midtown that's 10 minutes to downtown Savannah and 25 minutes to Tybee Island. Recently updated galley kitchen. Both bathrooms have also been updated in the past 2 years. Huge backyard with a vegetable garden. Large bedrooms with 3 comfort queen size beds. Enjoy your coffee on the back porch, play ping pong under the outdoor overhang, and grill out.
