Located one block from the South Beach access and directly behind the islands finest restaurants (Marco Prime, Oyster Society & Davincis). The spacious 1500 square foot condo allows ample room for 6 guests with an updated Kitchen. Sit on the back lanai and watch the sunrise in the morning or read a book and relax to the water fountain in the private lake in the back yard. A heated community pool with a hot tub is available if the beach isn’t your thing! Mini golf is also a available next door for friendly family competition.
