Beautiful country house on the edge of a village, ideal for families!
Large family house ideally located between forests, ponds and the entrance to the village of Compreignac.
On the ground floor, its lounge, dining room and kitchen area allows you to live good convivial moments.
Upstairs is a master suite with a large bedroom and its adjoining bathroom. The other two bedrooms in a row are perfect for a couple with children, who can benefit from an independent bathroom. It is possible to arrange the "children's room" according to your needs as we have 2 cots, 2 cots or a double bed.
The large garden is ideal for playing and for meals on the terrace in the shade of the trees.
The immediate proximity to the town makes it possible to do your shopping on foot (butcher's, bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, medical centre, etc.).
The lake of Saint-Pardoux is only 5 minutes away, with its 3 beaches, its wake boarding base, its swimming pool (indoor/outdoor) and its countless activities.
