Villa Pierretti is ideally located just 5 minutes from Plage d’Argent and 2 minutes from Portigliolo Beach.
From the terrace, the villa enjoys an exceptional panoramic sea view overlooking the Sanguinaires Islands. Every evening, breathtaking sunsets unfold right before you.
The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms:
1 master suite with a 160 cm bed and private shower room
1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed
1 bunk bedroom
1 shared shower room
1 independent bedroom with a 160 cm bed, sofa bed, and private shower room
The property benefits from dual exposure to both the sea and the Corsican maquis. It is peacefully located yet not isolated.
A private mooring buoy (for boats up to 7 meters) is available in the Bay of Portigliolo, just 2 minutes from the villa.

Ajaccio Airport – 25 minutes
Plage d’Argent – 7 minutes
Portigliolo Beach – 2 minutes
Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are included. A gas plancha grill is available for your use.
If you rent a boat (maximum 7 meters), you may leave it on the villa’s private mooring buoy in the Bay of Portigliolo.
