The standig individually holiday home is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location.
For sole use are available: grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 48 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and stove in all rooms (wood/coal). The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine.


Location
Otočec, 330 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
Vineyard Cottages or Zidanice as they are called in Slovene are situated in the hills of Dolenjska and Bela Krajina regions. In the old days Zidanice were used to store wine and as a place where vineyard master could host his closest friends. Vineyard Cottage Luštek is located on quiet and peaceful vineyard hill Trška Gora, above Novo mesto the capital of Dolenjska region. Cottage Luštek is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyard cottages with a marvellous view on Novo mesto and Krka river valley.

horse riding in Agronomic School Grm 600 m. boat rental in Novo mesto 5 km. tennis, golf each 5 km in Otočec. fishing in river Krka 2 km. Rent our boats and go rowing on river Krka. We can also provide bicycles if you wish to explore hills of Dolenjska or go horse riding at the nearby Agronomic School.
In the winter:
Ski lift 20 km in Črmošnjice. (TC Gače). ski rental, trail each 20 km in Gače. ice skating in Novo mesto 5 km. ski school in ŠD Krka Rog 20 km.
