Stay in our beautiful home on Bonnie Rose! Centrally located, it's perfect for your next weekend getaway or for enjoying local Scottsdale & Phoenix events. Open floor plan, sleeps up to four comfortably. Pool, hot tub, pickle ball, and tennis courts steps away. You'll love how close we are to Giants, Rockies, Diamondbacks and Cubs spring training. Very close to Old Town, Camelback Mountain, bike & running paths, and world-class golf along with restaurants and entertainment. Cross the street to the paved canal path and explore areas north and south with a view of the McDowells and Camelback - so much to see!

My husband and I also live in Sunrise Villas which is a quiet patio home community nestled in Scottsdale, just north of Old Town. We moved here 10 years ago from the Midwest and have enjoyed getting to know Arizona and all it has to offer.
Why they chose this property
Our community is located 15 minutes from Sky Harbor and a 20 minute walk to Old Town. We're also close to local bars, restaurants, shopping, and resorts. Aside from it's location, it's clean, quiet and offers tennis courts, a pickle ball court, and pools. Whether you want to relax, shop, or enjoy the local attractions, you'll be able to do that all from here. Need to have your luggage stored? Happy to do that as a courtesy if needed.
What makes this property unique
Our patio home is uniquely situated in a residential area close to many attractions. Its pools, tennis courts, and walking paths allow you to get out and explore close by and, if you wish to explore the area, it's a short drive to most venues. We love living here on the property and enjoy hosting - we've had the opportunity to meet very nice people through our rental. Seeing our guests happy and enjoying the property makes us happy in return!
Note that because the home is within an HOA community, there will be landscapers and other service people performing work from time to time around the property. This may be close to our unit and workers should be allowed to complete their work without disruption.
