Enjoy a countryside stay by the river in this former watermill, located 8 km from the center of Chantonnay and its famous 4-Day Hike on Ascension weekend, 20 km from the keep of Bazoges-en-Pareds, and 25 km from the renowned Puy du Fou theme park. This single-story house offers a living/dining/kitchen area with an open fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a crib, a shower room, a separate toilet, a play area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and two bunk beds, and a shower room/toilet. Outside, you also have access to a utility room with a washing machine and freezer. A large outdoor area is also available. To the north, a terrace overlooking the river (garden furniture, electric barbecue) provides access via a staircase to the grounds below, which run alongside the river. This includes an island accessible by a footbridge, at the end of which is a designated fishing area (fishing permit required). Barriers allow access to the terrace stairs to be closed off. To the south, facing the house, you will find a terrace with a covered summer kitchen (tables, chairs, barbecue, gas stove, deck chairs, darts, etc.), above which is a fully enclosed orchard. A carport is available.
Access to the cottage is via a path.
All-inclusive price (electric heating, firewood, beds made upon arrival, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning). Additional charge: Tourist tax.
