1st. We are available for any questions so that you have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towel supplement €4/person.

3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 4:30 [hidden] to 8:00 [hidden]

Entry time to the apartment: from 4:30 [hidden] (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 [hidden] Check-in before 4:30 PM may incur an additional fee.

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed through pre-authorization of the card.

8ºThe tourist tax will be managed and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.

9º Wi-Fi is optional and must be requested when you make the reservation, (€5 per day) since there are specific terminals, so it will depend on availability.
