The Lodge is set in a slightly elevated position with views across the hills beyond Blairgowrie. At the front of the property is a decked verandah and to the side a small private garden equipped with comfortable garden furniture. The lodge is also set within communal grounds which are available for guests to enjoy.
The accommodation is suitable for families or couples and is laid out as follows: The entrance is approached across the deck and is under cover. The large open plan living space is generously and comfortably furnished with care taken to provide all possible amenities to guests including a well-equipped kitchen, full Wi-Fi and Smart TV. There are two double rooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom with walk in showers.
The lodge is an easy, level 10-minute walk from the town centre which boasts many good restaurants, cafes and a JD Wetherspoons. There is a large Tesco, Lidl and smaller Sainsburys and Co-op and a range of individual retailers.
Blairgowrie has a top 45-hole golf course and many beautiful walks which are all easily accessible from the town itself. Equidistant from Perth and Dundee and situated in the foothills of the Highlands it is in an ideal position for exploration further afield.
