Featuring a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a colorful backsplash, and a large island, the immaculate kitchen has all you need to create your favorite recipes. When it’s time to dine, the island and a table accommodate up to eight guests for meals. The spacious and fenced backyard offers two sitting areas and plenty of room for activities. Wonderfully located in East Nashville, you’re just a short stroll from Fatherland and Five Points. Easily visit the city’s beloved neighborhoods, including Music Row, Honky Tonk Row, and The Gulch. This home also features an optional live music experience in which a prominent Nashville singer-songwriter will perform for an hour at an agreed-upon time and date.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
