The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, fireplace, lounge, TV and radio. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Buzet. The holiday home is situated on a 100 sqm open garden plot with shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Small plot. The property is in the immediate vicinity of IST PAZ 032. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late September, diameter 3.5 m, 1.2 m deep).

In summer: Adriatic Sea 40 km in Rijekar (beach with pebbles, rocks and bathing platforms). Horse riding in Buzet 11 km.
