Charming one-room studio, recently renovated, ideal for a couple or solo stay, in the La Grière district of La Tranche-sur-Mer. The small building has a shop on the ground floor and two apartments upstairs, including this studio apartment with its main room opening onto a balcony (outdoor furniture), a separate toilet, and a shower room. One parking space is included.

Amenities: television, Wi-Fi, washing machine, refrigerator, and a sofa bed (2 x 0.90 m).

Location: approximately 600 m from the sandy beach, 2500 m from the town center, and 2000 m from the shopping center. Several small grocery stores are nearby.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Optional cleaning service available upon reservation for €60. Sheets and linens are not provided but are available as an optional extra upon reservation. Please bring proof of holiday liability insurance. Holiday vouchers accepted.
