Only 5 minutes from the Caldea spa. This property in the centre has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom, suite style, has a double bed, its own balcony and private bathroom. The other two have 2 single beds and share a full bathroom with bathtub. It also has a spacious living room with access to the balcony and a separate kitchen with laundry area and all the necessary appliances to brighten up the day to day. Its location is very good. If the objective is the comfort of staying in the centre, enjoy the best restaurants, spas, shops, pubs and any need you may have. It is also in a location that will allow you to move comfortably to different points of interest in the Principality. Parking upon request. 150 metres from the most famous spa in the country: Caldea. A 2-minute walk from the busiest shopping area in Andorra (Avinguda Carlemany). Less than 5 minutes walk from any service you may require.
