The space

This brand new luxury apartment located in Port De La Mer will provide you with all the comfort and happiness feeling needed to turn your Dubai visit into the ultimate experience inspired by the sea and sail boats.

The apartment has a fully equipped and modern open kitchen linked to the stunning lounge with sofas and dining area for 6 guests. The large balcony has sea views where you can enjoy amazing sunsets from the comfort of the swing or have your breakfast feeling the sea breeze.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including a bathtub and a gorgeous walk-in rain shower. The master bedroom has a walking closet, ensuite bathroom with two sinks, exquisite king-size bed completed with premium bedding, full size working desk, 55 inches smart TV and a rocking chair to relax.

The other bedroom is equipped with 2 dazzling queen-size beds finished by prime, cosy bed sheets.

This is a smart home with keyless entry for an easy and flexible check-in, smart TVs, Nintendo Wii with over 1,000 games for family fun and Amazon Alexa that can tell you anything from the weather forecast to playing music.

We have a sofa-bed that can accommodate two extra guests, making the apartment suitable for up to 8 people sleeping comfortably. We also have a baby crib for the little one.

The apartment’s building also offers a gym, several pools and kid’s area to help the whole family enjoy their stay. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away and the car-free community inspired by the European Mediterranean vibe makes it so much more attractive for a great experience at the heart of Dubai, but away from it all.

The location couldn’t be better by the sea and close to many of the top attractions of Dubai including La Mer, Laguna Waterpark, Jumeira Mosque, Etihad Museum and Nikki Beach.

La Mer is a 13 million square meters entertainment area with 2.5 km of beaches, Laguna Waterpark, 55 restaurants, cinemas, Hawa Hawa playground and 40 shops to indulge and have a great time.

Etihad Museum celebrates the creation of the UAE and it is worth a visit. The Jumeira Mosque offer free guided tours and is the only mosque that non-muslins can visit in Dubai. It is a great cultural experience.

Guests will have the entire apartment to enjoy and relax. In addition, the building offers swimming pools, children play area and gymnasium that can be used free of charge
