What a wonderful place to stay with family. Coffee bar was fully loaded and very well laid out and popular with our family. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed with extra touches we normally have not seen in a VRBO. Neighborhood was quiet. We spent most of our time at the front patio and in the fabulous kitchen and dining area. We would stay here if we were to visit in the future. This place is kind of a hidden secret.

Everything was fantastic. from the cleanliness, beds, overall location, outdoors, pools, and bathrooms. It was the perfect place for my team and me, as we were working long hours at the convention hall and wanted a place off the strip, quiet and comfortable to stay. 10/10 would recommend.

The house is excellent: beautiful, spacious, and well set up. Host is attentive and helpful. A quiet neighborhood but a bit far from the strip for us as we were there for an event and had to travel to and from multiple times. We knew the distance when we booked though so that's on us. If you are only planning a couple of trips to the strip then the location is a fine compromise for the beauty of the home and the price.

The kitchen is stocked with a great coffee bar , there are charges everywhere so that was super convenient. The house is clean and comfortable. Very beautiful house. Host is very communicative pool was great the little kids loved having access to the pool and the teens loved the hot tub. Amazing stay.

Very convenient location and family friendly cozy home. Kitchen was very well stocked for preparing our huge holiday meal. Pool area was just right and gated for safety. Option to have the pool heated worked well for the young kids in our family. Loft area was a space used a lot by the kids. Game tables and tv up there were used a lot!

Perfect Place For Large Group

Great communication, great location, house is beautiful and layout is perfect for groups. Quick access to anywhere in vegas, or visiting grand canyon or hoover dam. Coffee bar is a nice amenity and was well stock with various coffee flavors. Definitely will stay again!
