In the Sévigné Thermal residence, a one-bedroom apartment (T1) located on the 3rd floor with elevator access overlooking the parking lot, near Charles de Gaulle Park, the city center, and the thermal baths. This apartment comprises a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, a sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe, and a loggia. Amenities include: a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a two-burner electric cooktop, a mini-oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a television, and an iron and ironing board. Sleeps 2. Electricity consumption is extra and will be charged according to the meter reading (at the rate in effect on the day of arrival). This is a non-smoking apartment and is not wheelchair accessible.
