The Billikers agency offers you Villa Rêve Austral, an exceptional property with a breathtaking view of Grand Bois Bay. From June to October, you will have the chance to admire the majestic passage of whales from the terrace, while enjoying the magnesium-heated swimming pool, accessible from June to the end of September for moments of relaxation in any season.

The villa features a bright living room and a modern, open, fully equipped kitchen (crockery, appliances, storage) to welcome families and groups of friends in a friendly environment. The air-conditioned master suite is equipped with a 180x200 king-size bed and opens directly onto the terrace and swimming pool, offering a wake-up call facing the horizon. The two other air-conditioned bedrooms each have a 140x200 queen-size bed, overlook the garden, and share an elegant Italian-style bathroom.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental, and hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) to guarantee optimal comfort upon your arrival. Meticulous services, a warm setting, and contemporary decor complete the experience.

Glass: to be deposited in dedicated containers
Please do not leave garbage bags in common areas or outside the accommodation.

Non-smoking accommodation
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation, even near windows. Please smoke outside and use an ashtray for your cigarette butts.

Respect for calm and neighborhood
To preserve everyone's tranquility, please limit noise.

Visitors and events
Parties and gatherings are prohibited, unless prior authorization. The number of people present in the accommodation must not exceed that planned during the reservation.

Security and energy savings
Before leaving the accommodation, please:
Turn off the lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances
Close windows and lock the door

On the day of departure
Please:
Leave the accommodation clean and tidy
Take out the trash
Do the dishes or start the dishwasher
Return furniture and objects to their original place

We have implemented a personalized check-in process, supervised by a dedicated reception manager.

Prior contact: Your reception manager will contact you 3 days before your arrival to organize your visit and answer any questions you may have.
Check-in (arrival): Arrival time: between 1 PM and 7 PM (for arrivals after 8 PM, an extra charge applies). Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed at the accommodation for a personal key handover. An inventory of fixtures will be carried out with you to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Check-out (departure): Departure time: before 10 AM. On your departure day, a check-out inventory will also be carried out, accompanied by the return of the keys.
