my girlfriend, our cute dog and me had a really nice stay at this apertment. even this accomondation is quite small (a former garage?), it offered enough space for our wellbeing. furnishings are a little outdated and some are broken. the couch is also a little too small. but all in all we can recommend this place!

Nice place, charming and stylish

Charming place, so close to the beach and nice to sit outside even with bad weather. Large and beautiful bedrooom directly under the roof. For people with physical problems: there is a good railing at the stair to the bedroom. Be careful with the bathroom. Very nice bath, but five steps to go up without railing.

Beautiful and quiet place to stay

We enjoyed a lot the days at the house, it was a beautiful house, good decorated, cozy for the windy evenings and quiet next to the dunes, perfect for walks with our dog. We were lucky to see a group of dears crossing the street by the night! And unfortunately, the strong alert wind the last night of our estance, broke the wood door on the entrance. We saw it in the morning before our check out and tried to put it again on its place, but sadly it needs to be repaird. We will be happy to come back again next time we visit Zandvoort! Thank you so much

Beautiful but a bit expensive

The Location of the Appartement was perfect. It lays perfectly between the „dog park“ and the beach. The road in front of the house was not heavy so it was also very quite. The house is perfect for two people with maximum one child or dog. The stairs were too steep so if your dog has problems with his joints I wouldn‘t recommend it. Unless your dog isn't supposed to go into the bedroom anyway. We were 90% of the time very happy with this Appartement. There are a few small things that could be done better. The kitchen is poorly equipped, especially when it comes to the cutlery. The furniture is no longer in good condition. The chairs are very wobbly and the couch and pillows were stained. In some places the wallpaper was already peeling and in some places it was already moldy. I think the rent is a bit high for this condition. But overall we would come again. The contact with the team was very easy. You could reach them at any time and they were very friendly.

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig und bietet eine unschlagbare Strandnähe. Wir wurden sehr nett vom Hausbesitzer mit frischen Blumen überrascht, ansonsten wohnt man recht privat. Ein privater Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung könnte eine Auffrischung und Erneuerung gebrauchen. Die Innenstadt und Einkaufszentren sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Achtung bei der Sauberkeit !

Die Lage ist top, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Innenstadt. Es gibt einen Stellplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft und Hunde sind auch erlaubt. Kommunikation mit dem Team auch kein Problem. Die Sauberkeit war allerdings eine Katastrophe. Die Teller und das Besteck waren dreckig und fettig. Die Decken und Bettbezüge haben nach Hund gerochen und hatten einige Flecken. Die Couch war voller Flecken und Haare, wir haben die Couch erst mal abgesaugt. Generell hat es sehr modrig gerochen, trotz täglichem Lüften ging der Geruch nie ganz weg. Also für alle die mit Hygiene ein Problem haben, lieber einen Reiniger und Raumspray einpacken.

Achtung bei der Sauberkeit !

Buchung sowie Kommunikation mit dem Team war super. Die Lage ist top, kurzer Weg zum Strand, man hat direkt bei der Unterkunft einen Stellplatz. Auch für Hundebesitzer super geeignet. Die Immobilie selber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Inneneinrichtung war okay, allerdings könnte man diese auch mal erneuern, aus meiner Sicht auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wirkte für den Preis doch etwas billig. Sauberkeit war eine Katastrophe.... Ich kann jetzt nur von unserem Aufenthalt sprechen... Für alle die mit Hygiene ein Problem haben, sollten sich vorher Textilreiniger, Raumduft und Handschuhe einpacken. Teller/Besteck, Schüsseln total dreckig und fettig. Wir haben vor Gebrauch alles nochmal per Hand gespült. Die Couch war voller Flecken und Haare. Wir haben diese erst mal abgesaugt und mit Textilreiniger eingesprüht. Einige Ecken im unteren Bereich waren voller Haare und Dreck. Oben im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Schrank mit Decken und Bettbezügen, diese waren auch voller Flecken und haben nach Hund gerochen. Als wir die Unterkunft betreten haben, kam uns ein modriger Geruch entgegen. Auch durch tägliches Lüften, ging dieser Geruch nie wirklich weg.

Tolle Lage, toller Strand, nette Menschen

Die Lage von dem Haus ist einfach traumhaft. Direkt an einer Dünenlandschaft mit Hirschen, drei Gehminuten zu dem traumhaften endlos langen Strand mit ganz tollem weichen und weißen Sand und nur 5-7 Gehminuten ins Zentrum. Ich werde auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder nach Zandvoort ♥️ kommen. Unsere Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Sie haben alles erklärt und gezeigt, man konnte sie alles fragen

Hallo, sehr gerne kommen wir dem Wunsch nach hinterlassen eine Bewertung, hierzu möchte ich Ihnen gerne noch ein paar Details mitteilen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermittler („Smiling Host“) war exzellent und hat hervorragend funktioniert. Alle Informationen zum Check-in und Check-Out waren verständlich und klar. Die Lage des Apartments in Zandvoort ist super. Man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum oder am Strand. Also 5 Sterne für die Kommunikation und die Lage. Allerdings ist die Sauberkeit und der allgemeine Zustand des Apartments schlecht: a) Spinnenweben und Staub waren sehr präsent, es wirkte so, als ob die letzte Reinigung vor längerer Zeit stattgefunden hat b) das Dachflächenfenster im Badezimmer war so defekt, sodass es nicht geöffnet werden konnte c) der Föhn im Badezimmer war so verklebt, sodass man nicht freiwillig nutzen möchte d) die Couch im Wohnzimmer war stellenweise eingerissen und dies wurde provisorisch mit einem Handtuch kaschiert e) und mit am schlimmsten war, dass wir nur durch Zufall Schimmel an einer Wand in der Küche entdeckt haben (Zwischenraum zwischen Spülschrank und Sideboard). Vor dem Hintergrund einer möglichen Gesundheitsgefährdung durch Schimmelsporen, ist dies vollkommen inakzeptabel und sehr bedenklich. Zusammenfassend erhält man leider den Eindruck, dass die Besitzer des Apartments leider nicht gewillt sind Geld zu investieren, um den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Bei Rückfragen stehe ich selbstverständlich zur Verfügung. Über ein Feedback zu den beschriebenen Punkten würde ich mich sehr freuen. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße Benedikt

Apartment sehr schön und sauber!

Das Appartement war sehr schön und sauber. Fünf Minuten Gehweg bis zum Meer und den Dünen. Im Moment ist gegenüber eine Baustelle und wir wurden leider erst informiert das der Strom abgestellt wurde, als es bereits passiert war. Und wir dann an diesem Tag nicht mal warmes Wasser zum duschen hatten. Wenn man uns rechtzeitig informiert hätte, wäre alles gut gewesen. Aber ohne Baustelle alles top!! Vermieter sehr freundlich.
