Cozy apartment for 2 persons situated at the first floor from a building with 4 apartments. You have your private entrance. The apartment is located just outside the center of Zandvoort, near the beach and not far from the dunes and the train station.
You enter through the modern, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, fridge-freezer, oven, Senseo coffee maker and kettle.

You walk into the cozy furnished living room with comfortable sofa, TV, and dining area. Modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with double bed.

This one bedroom apartment is equipped with all the luxury you need and is the perfect start for a lovely vacation.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

Very nice just a little noisey

All together very good. Because of the way of the construction a bit noisey. You can hear the TV from Downstairs and the noise of footsteps from above or the entrance floor. Noises from the outside were blocked pretty good though.

Great apartment

Key collection was not clear and changed closer to check-in, not a problem at all. Apartment was clean and tidy, minimalistic/ modern design, in a great location and smoking balcony :). There is no smoking cannabis in the apartment but just walk 2 minutes to the beach. There is a friendly neighborhood vibe. No washing machine. Really really awesome apartment, with obstructived sea view from kitchen. Poeple can see you from the street in the kitchen Really tidy and clean best location and plenty of places to park bikes close by too. Definitely good for couples who want a quiet break. Not enough towels!!!!!!

Good time in this appartement

It's a little noisy, you can get known ti neighbours without even seeing them... but It's nice and the kitchen is just perfekt! Near the beach, Parking 100m, Supermarkt 500m, beach 150-200m.... what Else?! I think of going back there some day..

Sehr schönes Apartement

Sehr schönes, sauberes Apartment. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und ein großer Kühlschrank steht zur Verfügung. Strand, Einkaufszeile, Supermarkt, Bahnhof und Restaurants alles in Fußnähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

We loved our stay. (45 days) Nice and brightly apartment, very well equipped and close to the beach and shops. Can be a little noisy due to the lack of insulation but nothing "catastrophic"

The Best stay in Netherlands

We are not going to hide it was so cold in Zandvoort, but no matter that we had amazing stay in Flamingo apartments. The apartment was perfect for 2 people, clean and near bt everything. The girl in the office was very nice and welcoming. I had problem with the Phone but she kept trying to conta t us to make sure we are ok. Lovely Lady, honestly! We have nothing negative to share for the place and the hosts and we Will recomend it to friends. For sure we are going to Come back in Zandvoort again and Will stay in Flamingo again. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und sehr schön in super Lage. Anstatt oder zusätzlich zu der Nespresso-Maschine wäre eine normale Kaffee-Maschine gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. Ein Makel war der rückwärtige Balkon der sehr verschmutzt war, selbst das kleine Tischchen war nicht gereinigt. Sieht aus wie wenn der Balkon nie gereinigt würde. Im Ganzen hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in einem schönen Apartment mit bester Lage.

Perfekte Lage zwischen Stand und Amüsiermeile, lediglich der Straßenverkehr direkt vor der Tür trübt den Gesamteindruck ein wenig. Jedoch sind die Scheiben gut schallisoliert.
