The Villa Seeadler, completed in 2013, with individually furnished apartments, is only 50 meters from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments in Villa Seeadler have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating and bathrooms with floor-level showers. There is a bicycle storage facility in the underground car park. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, the Villa Seeadler is the perfect starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retire and find peace and relaxation. Almost all apartments have either an underground car park or a parking space directly in front of the house. A coin-operated washer and dryer can be found in the ground floor area of the house.

Sunny three-room apartment with large west-facing terrace, private sauna and free Wi-Fi - just steps from the beach.   This modern apartment is for max. Five adults and one child (up to 14 years) and offers you two bedrooms with large, comfortable double beds. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV, CD radio and a spacious wardrobe. In the second bedroom you will also find a portable pull-out bed (couch). In the living room you will find a comfortable L-shaped sleeping couch. For entertainment there is a large flatscreen TV with BluRay player and a stereo system. From the living room and from both bedrooms you have access to the terrace. In the open cooking and dining area you will find a fitted kitchen and a pull-out dining table with four rattan chairs and two stools. The fully equipped fitted kitchen with microwave, oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer leaves nothing to be desired. The two elegant bathrooms have a floor-to-ceiling shower and a wash-basin with mirror. You will reach the sauna from the second shower bath where you can relax. The large terrace invites you to enjoy cozy sunshine hours with the adjoining terrace furniture. To the apartment belongs a car parking space, which is right next to the terrace.   Non-smoking, no pets allowed, laundry service, children's bed and high chair chargeable.   From the 3.
