The residence is located in the center of Börgerende, just a few steps from the beach. From many apartments you have direct or side view to the sea. For excursions into the surroundings and many leisure activities, the residence "Am Meer" is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. All the apartments in the residence at the sea have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating and large bathrooms with floor-level showers. Each apartment has its own parking space directly at the house. The house has a washing machine and a dryer (coin operated).

2-room apartment:
Beautiful two-room apartment with two balconies and sea viewsA few steps from the beach, this apartment offers a relaxing stay in close proximity to the sea. The apartment is located on the first floor of the residence Am Meer and is for max. two adults and two children (up to 15 years). From the living area you have access to the north-west-facing balcony with a view of the sea. On the large, L-shaped couch you can relax wonderfully. The couch can be pulled out and used as a bed. The equipment includes a flatscreen TV, BluRay player and a small stereo system. In the open-plan dining and kitchen area, you will find a four-seater glass-fronted kitchen and a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster and microwave. In the bedroom you have a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. From here you reach the second balcony (south / west). The shower bath has a floor-level shower and a large washbasin with mirror. The car parking space is directly in front of the house.   Non-smoking, no pets. Laundry, childrens bed and high chair chargeable. Secure your claim to one of the sought-after beach baskets and book now at special conditions (EUR 7, - per day, EUR 40, - per week).   Please note: Construction work in the surrounding area can lead to impairments. This has already been taken into account in the pricing of the rental conditions.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
