This peaceful neighbourhood is 25 minutes from the capital city Port of Spain, 25 minutes from the most popular beach in Trinidad Maracas Bay beach, and 8 minutes from Colibri Centre of Light where guests can enjoy hikes and jungle jeep tours. We are also 8 km from the St. Andrews Golf Course.

Perfect family destination, also excellent for a working holiday in amazing TT.

Green Space provides a lush, valley view - right out your window, from the top floor veranda or around the residence. We enjoyed the fresh mountain air and calm neighborhood. From arrival, Jo Ann and associates were eager to please. All amenities are provided - well appointed appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, tv, cable and such). It's a secure overall location, gated - with parking and the nice touch - of an automatic gate. I worked for around three weeks from there - the internet service was excellent all around the townhouse. We noticed that a mobile - local meal service is available on week days - around lunch time for those interested. I enjoyed this! While the townhouse/unit is separate, once connected to the internet, support is quickly available if needed - we used whatsapp and Jo-Ann was just a message away. We enjoyed a great stay at green-space. My wife and two kids always had something to enjoy. When we needed a break for them from TV, there was a "mini library" and board games where they learnt to play monopoly!!

Therefore my guests can concentrate of discovering the joys of our built heritage and our natural and artistic attractions.

Why they chose this property

Green Space is located in a tranquil valley and is a scenic 25 minute drive from Maracas Bay beach (my profile photo was taken there), the most popular beach in Trinidad. These rooms feature original paintings by local artists that include depictions of the Winston Nanan Caroni Bird Sanctuary, the Waterloo Temple in the Sea, the Chaguaramas Bamboo Cathedral and the Asa Wright Nature Centre. In addition, a piece of historical significance is displayed in the living room: a fragment of the original plaster from the Red House dating back to the early 1900s that was acquired from the Trinidad and Tobago National Trust.

What makes this property unique

I provide amenities that I appreciate when I travel so I am flexible regarding check in and check out times. I also share my extensive online guidebook with my guests so that they can get the most from their visit here. I create and share short videos on attractions in the vicinity of Green Space and Trinidad at large.
