Ein wunderschönes, großes Haus mit viel Platz. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus, man braucht also kein Auto, wenn man Ausflüge machen möchte. Der Pool ist sauber und für einen Gartenpool sehr groß, sodass man sogar richtig darin schwimmen kann. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war supernett und immer sofort erreichbar. Der Cousin wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück und war trotz der Sprachbarriere eine super Hilfe und immer total freundlich. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner, entspannter Urlaub. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Owner communicated with us very well and was helpful. Couple of issues which he sorted for us .Few things could do with improving to make it a lot better 1) Bedding could do with updating, 1 pillow and a single duvet on a double bed was not great. Found another pillow but couldn’t find any double duvets. 2) property was overall clean but could have been a bit better , for example used frying pan left in oven full of oil which fell out when the oven door was opened3) dogs next door were quite noisy 1 night Just for information for potential clients , the property is split over 3 floors. Lower floor - double bedroom, middle floor - lounge,dining,kitchen, toilet. Upper floor - 2 bedrooms and lovely big modern bathroom. The stairs could be a bit of a challenge for someone with reduced mobility.The property is ideally situated about a 20-30 minute easy drive away from the F1 circuit hungaroring and about 30 minute drive into Budapest. There is a supermarket 5 minute drive away which is well stocked and has lovely fresh bread in the morning . Overall we had a lovely stay at the property and would stay there again next time we go to Budapest. Thank you

Super tilfreds med opholdet. Super flink vært. Fik ikke snakket så meget med værten fordi vi var på farten hele tiden.

Gut und günstig

Leider ging die genaue Zimmeraufteilung nicht aus der Objektbeschreibung hervor. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es leider keine Toilette nur ein WC und eine Dusche. Die Treppe ins Ober- und Dachgeschoss ist sehr schmal und steil, nichts für Menschen mit Geh-Einschränkungen. Die Armatur in der Küche müsste dringend erneuert werden. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten, die mal erneuert oder geputzt werden müssten, war aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut und wir waren gut untergebracht.

Prima verblijf

Het betreft een privé woning dat wordt verhuurd. Wij hebben hier een prima verblijf gehad voor de dagen dat wij hier waren. Grote winkels als Tesco en Decathlon zijn op korte afstand zo ook Budapest zelf. Wij gingen voor de Formule 1 en het circuit ligt op 12 km afstand welke tussen door goed te bereiken is. Tevens is er (naast het circuit) een mooi waterpark (Aquarena) dat heel erg mooi en goed is. Kortom voor ons doel een prima locatie en aardige mensen.

Beau chalet mais bruyant

À l'arrivée tout va bien : accueil agréable par le cousin du propriétaire. L'appartement semble propre mais on se rend compte très vite que le ménage est superflu (les chaussettes blanches finissent vites noires) L'intérieur est agréable, le jardin avec sa piscine également. À proximité de l'aéroport et de l'autoroute, son emplacement est pas mal pour visiter la Hongrie. MAIS pour des vacances en famille où vous souhaitez visiter la journée et dormir la nuit oubliez votre sommeil :malheureusement le mode de vie des hongrois est d'avoir des chiens dans leurs jardins (c'est le propriétaire qui nous l'a dit) . Aboiement incessant la nuit :la solution qui nous a été donné des boules qui es. Après 10 nuits les enfants et moi même avions hâtes de rentrer pour pouvoir dormir. Dommage le chalet est pas mal du tout et le propriétaire a l'air agréable et répond rapidement à nos questions

FEWO auf dem Land, schnelle S-Bahn nach Budapest (30 Min.)

Sehr schöne FEWO auf dem Land. S-Bahn ist mit PKW oder auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der Zug fährt alle halbe Stunde und braucht nur 30 Minuten bis nach Budapest.
