Entertaining will be a breeze as this property offers a unique open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen, wet bar with wine refrigerator, dining area, and an oversized spacious living area making it the perfect place for gathering the whole crew after a long beach day. A very unique and special feature for this condo is "two beautiful" balconies. One balcony is located off of the main living area, the second balcony is located off one of the master bedrooms. The perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or drinks at sunset.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - a $500.00 "HOLD" will be placed on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. The credit card "HOLD" will be released within 48 hours after your departure subject to the following conditions stated in our rental agreement.

Beautiful Condo

This beautiful condo was the perfect getaway for us. It was very spacious for our seven adults and two children, and it was a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms with towels. The views from the balcony were absolutely gorgeous, I really appreciated the communication that we had with Andree - she was very quick to respond and solve any small problems that we had. She also provided a very detailed and concise, welcoming booklet, so we had answers to most everything that we needed. We will be booking here again!

Amazing stay at Miramar Beach

We had such a fantastic time and the condo was perfect for a combination of our family of 5 and our aunt/uncle and 2 cousins. The kids had the best time ever. The condo was perfect for us and the management was fabulous. We are already planning our next trip!

Amazing Condo

This year makes 24 years in a row going to Destin with friends that are family. We decided instead of renting three condo's we can rent just one. Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals came through with flying colors. There was enough room for all of us. This unit is over 2100 sq. ft. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The furniture in this unit is high quality. I absolutely love how it's decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of room in the kitchen for 3 cooks. There are 2 balcony's. Perfect to have your morning coffee or drinks at the end of your day. Finally a condo with plenty of water pressure and hot water. The walk to the beach just took a few minutes. At the end of our vacation no one was killed. We all got along and we will be renting this unit again. Thank you Andree' this unit is a amazing.

Wonderful Condo!!!

We truly enjoyed staying at this condo and will be back in the future. It was so convenient to have two rooms that went out to a balcony. We loved that the beach access was so close.

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. Destin offers the most beautiful beaches along the coast. Sugar white sand and emerald green waters. We purchased our first condo at Mainsail in 2009 and were so happy with our decision that we purchased this condo in April 2017. We look forward to sharing our place in paradise with you.
The location of Mainsail is relaxing and easy. It's by far, 'The best place to grab your flip flops and relax'! The area has many restaurants, superb shopping from boutiques, antique stores to the largest outlet mall in the South located across the street. You can also catch your dinner with a fishing excursion, para sail, play a round of golf or just kick back and people watch. Mainsail Resort is located directly on the beach -- and is a hidden GEM for those of you who have never visited. Once you stay here, you realize. This property has the widest private beach in the area and most of all there are no roads to cross. The property is a gated community and is very family friendly. Mainsail also offers tennis courts, basketball goals, shuffleboard, hot tub, 2 pools, a dedicated kiddie pool and grills for you to enjoy. Forgot something... you don't have to venture far at all; there is a grocery store, restaurants, a beach store all right outside the gates of this complex.
